With people’s problems come incredible stories, right next to stories of pain can be found stories of hopes. I love to create safe, non-judgmental and respectful place to explore together those stories. I see the clients as experts of their lives and myself as an expert of leading a dialogue in the most useful way possible. Every time we ask a question, we are generating a possible version of change and a new life.
I work with individuals, couples and families in short – term or long-term therapy setting. I provide counselling and therapy both in English and Czech.

In 2008 I completed a five-year master’s degree in psychology and special education at Charles University in Prague. In 2009 I have completed four-year comprehensive education in systemic psychotherapy at Institute of systemic experience in Prague. I have been a graduated member of the Psychological Society of Ireland since 2017 and a fully accredited member of Family Therapy Association of Ireland, as well as Czech Society of Family Therapists.
I have been continually working on my personal and professional development and attended further trainings: in Narrative therapy, Trauma and PTSD, Level 1, 2 in Gottman Couple Therapy etc.
As a part of my working ethic, I attend regular supervision with Dr. Valerie O’Brien, a programme director of systemic psychotherapy, UCD, Dublin and with Chana Rachel Frumin, a director of Narrative Institute Jerusalem, Israel.

I have been working with different range of clients since 2009 (addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, work – life balance, families with relationship and behavioural difficulties, children with special needs).
I have been practicing as a psychologist and a therapist since 2009, since 2017 in My Mind, Dublin.

I look forward to meeting you! I can be reached at hana@silverliningtherapy.co
