My intention is to accompany you in a collaborative, receptive and creative way in making a positive impact on your life and moving towards your goals by offering a safe, non- judgmental space where you can explore parts of yourself and connect to your inner landscape.

I believe that each person has already what is needed to heal and grow when given the appropriate environment and that through compassion for all parts of ourselves we step closer to inner freedom and living the life we truly want.

MY APPROACH

I take on an integrative, strength-based and diversity-oriented approach that incorporates traditional talk therapy with innovations in body awareness and mind-body integration. Through my own experience and years of my practice I’ve found that working with the body and connecting to its wisdom is an invaluable component of healing and growth.

I draw from different modalities and adapt unique approach, specific to each person’s needs. My work is inspired by Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychology, Internal Family System, Narrative Therapy, Non-violent Communication (NVC), Compassion Focused Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Approach, Mindfulness and Neuroscience.

My approach can help you to explore:

  • Anxiety;

  • Depression;

  • Relational issues and communication;

  • Processing trauma;

  • ‘Stuck’ patterns of behaviour (addiction, co-dependency, perfectionism, self-defeatingtendencies, etc.);

  • Coping with life transitions (divorce, grief/loss, recent events, etc.);

  • Problems with work-life balance and boundaries;

  • Stress management;

  • Chronic feelings of ‘not being good enough’;

  • Developing a healthy sense of self (body image, confidence);

  • Learning more about yourself, finding purpose and meaning in life.

I work with adults, individuals and couples. I am available for both short-term and long-term therapy in English and Polish.
