My intention is to accompany you in a collaborative, and creative way as you move toward your goals and make positive changes in your life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore different parts of yourself, connect with your inner landscape, and access your inherent resources. I believe that each person already has what is needed to heal and grow when provided with the right environment.
I work with adults, individuals, and couples, offering both short-term and long-term therapy. Sessions are available in English and Polish.

Qualifications & Training

I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology, from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland in 2015. After completing my degree, I moved to Ireland, where I work as a counselling psychologist and creative dance and mindful movement facilitator. I am a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

My Approach
I take an integrative, strength-based, and diversity-oriented approach that combines traditional talk therapy with body awareness and mind-body integration. Through both personal and professional experience, I have found that working with the body and connecting to its innate wisdom is a vital component of healing and growth.
I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual or couple. My work is informed by Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive approaches, Mindfulness, and Neuroscience.

People who choose to work with me often wish to explore:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Relational challenges and communication difficulties
  • Processing trauma
  • “Stuck” patterns of behaviour (e.g. addiction, co-dependency, perfectionism, self-defeating tendencies)
  • Coping with life transitions (divorce, grief and loss, significant life events)
  • Work–life balance and boundary setting
  • Stress management
  • Chronic feelings of “not being good enough”
  • Developing a healthy sense of self (body image, confidence)
  • Finding purpose and meaning in life

I would welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey!
