I work with adults, couples, families and children (from the age of 10). I’m available for both short-term and long-term therapy in English and Polish.

HOW I WORK
I use an evidence-based, integrative approach in my work with clients, combining knowledge from a variety of therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic (body-centered) psychology and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
The foundation of my work is an emphatic and non-judgmental presence that allows you to feel safe and heard. I believe that people have the ability to work through challenges and reach their full potential when provided with the time and support they need.
I work with you to help you establish therapeutic goals and choose an approach best suited to your needs. Our work will be guided by you but also collaborative – I will share with you my experience and knowledge as well as various methods and techniques when relevant.
My therapeutic approach can help you with:
  • Finding relief from symptoms of depression or/and anxiety;
  • Recovering from traumatic events;
  • Taking on destructive habits that are affecting your life;
  • Finding ways to deal with stress and various work-related issues;
  • Develop and keep meaningful, nurturing and loving relationship with your partner;
