Individual therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and you. Also known as talk therapy and counselling. The meetings happen on a one to one basis which allows us to build a rapport while we work on your goals. You can start individual therapy for many different reasons – from wanting to inspire change in your life, through needing to manage challenges you have been experiencing, to deciding you’d like some help in achieving your full potential and enhance growth.
Some of the concerns that can be addressed during individual sessions include:
-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Stress
-
Anger
-
Lack of motivation and energy
-
Insomnia
-
Low confidence or self-esteem
-
Loss and bereavement
-
Experience of trauma and posttraumatic stress
We can agree to work short-term (6-12 sessions) if you are looking to focus on more immediate personal issues or long-term (12 sessions and more) if you’d like to explore more complex topics in your life or if you’re searching for deeper roots of your current experience or struggles. If you’re not sure yet, we can decide together.
Individual therapy sessions usually take place once a week.
We offer both in person and online sessions.
Each individual session lasts about 50 minutes and the cost is 70 euros.
